The South Glos Food and Drink Festival – Ticket Sales, Entry, and Social Media Terms

1. Ticket Sales and Entry
- Ticket Requirement: Entry to The South Glos Food and Drink Festival (“SGFF”) is strictly dependent on possessing a valid e-ticket or wristband. All visitors access the festival grounds at their own risk. SGFF and associated parties accept no liability for injury, death, or property loss, regardless of cause, including negligence.
- Vehicle & Property Liability: SGFF is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles, goods, or materials belonging to attendees, exhibitors, or crew.
- Prohibited Items: Glass is not permitted on-site. Visitors are asked to leave perfumes or aftershave at home.
- Refunds and Transfers: Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Please review orders carefully before purchase. If unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.
- Age Restrictions: Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Photo identification may be requested at the box office to verify age. Additional information may be required post-booking to prevent fraud.
- Event Conditions:
- Lineup and site layout are subject to change.
- The festival is held on grass; visitors should take care on uneven surfaces.
- Dogs are permitted during certain times but must be on a lead and well-behaved. Owners must dispose of waste responsibly.
- Photography & Recording:
- Personal cameras are permitted; unauthorised recording of the event for commercial use is prohibited.
- By entering the site, attendees consent to interviews, photography, and audio/video recordings by SGFF and affiliates for promotional purposes.
- Alcohol and Behaviour:
- Selling or supplying alcohol to anyone under 18 is illegal. A Challenge 25 policy applies, and ID will be requested if deemed necessary.
- Dangerous, drunk, or disorderly behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund. SGFF reserves the right of admission.
- Trading Restrictions: Unauthorised trading on festival sites or public areas is strictly prohibited.
- Safety Measures: SGFF reserves the right to impose restrictions or conditions before and during the festival to maintain site safety.
- Liability: SGFF disclaims liability for misrepresentation, negligence, or losses arising from performers, venues, exhibitors, promoters, or other third parties. SGFF is not liable for loss of enjoyment, profit, or indirect/consequential damages.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by English law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
2. Social Media Competitions
- Employees, affiliates, family members, or anyone involved in running competitions are not eligible to enter.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash equivalent.
- Closing dates will be specified; late entries are not accepted.
- Only one entry per person; multiple entries will be void.
- SGFF reserves the right to amend or cancel competitions and these terms without notice. Any changes will be communicated to entrants as soon as possible.
- SGFF is not responsible for incorrect prize details provided by third parties.
- Winners will be chosen at random. Results are final.
- Winners will be notified via social media. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days, SGFF may select a replacement.
- Tickets will be sent electronically. SGFF is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes.
- Winners consent to the use of their name and image for publicity. Personal data will not be shared with third parties.
- Entry constitutes acceptance of these terms.
- Competitions are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Twitter, or any other social network. Information is collected by SGFF, not third parties.
